Wildlife is found in the area, including deer, coyote, badgers, bobcats, mountain lions, skunks, regular & ground squirrels, gophers, chipmunks, insects, i.e black widows, brown recluses, tarantula spiders, snakes, scorpions, ants, mice, and rats

These are out of our control and generally rarely occur, but if one happens there will be a canyon wide power outage
