Beautiful 2019 Villa boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 8 total. The villa is super modern and has a super cosy layout, which is perfect for families and friends who enjoy a 'home from home' feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the luxury modern extras you could expect like a dishwasher,American style fridge freezer with ice machine, washing machine plus everything you need to cook up a meal. When it comes to relaxing the sitting room is the perfect space including free standing sofas, a large TV with Sky(Freeview channels) and large french doors opening out onto the decking. The property includes WI-FI so you will have full access to the Internet during your stay.
The master double bedroom is very spacious and has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms include 2 twin beds each, plus there is a family bathroom which include bath with shower, toilet and basin. All 3 bedrooms have their own TV's.
The outside of the villa has a good sized wrapped gated decking with plenty of furniture including sun loungers, basket chairs and tables to enjoy alfresco dining. The Villa is South facing so enjoys the sunshine all day, giving you the perfect spot to relax.
You will have access to 1 private parking space beside the property which fits 2 small cars.
Marlie Farm Holiday Park is set between New Romney & Dymchurch. Its perfect for families with young children who love to be not too far from the beach but who love to be in a countryside setting. The facilities include restaurant, indoor pool and lots of entertainment to keep everyone busy (Facilities are NOT available all year round and will require the purchase of passes). There is plenty to explore in the local area so be sure to bring walking shoes, bikes and of course the beach gear.
