Our home is perfect for snow birds escaping the winter weather, families needing to stay close to St. Jude Hospital, doctors or nurses, people building or remodeling a home.
The backyard has a propane BBQ grill, a round 6-chair firepit table, two pool lounge chairs, a covered patio with a table and chairs, and an outdoor TV.
The inside has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious office that has a desk and monitor available to work from home, as well as a double murphy bed.
The house includes: bath towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and various cooking utensils. There is central air conditioning and heating. Rate includes utilities up to $500 per month (prorated per week). Enjoy Wi-Fi internet and DirecTV.
