This house was originally built in 1923 Craftsman style. A lot of the original features were kept like the windows, the floors (newly refinished), the tall baseboards, the ironing board in the wall, etc etc. This home is definitely one for any architectural inclined person to appreciate.
The entire house is approximately 1100sq ft. It comes with a front yard, semi enclosed (since shrubs aren't close enough yet), as well as a secluded back deck for some R&R.
On the inside, its a 2 bed, 1 bath configuration. One of the room has direct access to the back deck. Every room is equipped with Queen bed and ceiling fans with dimmer LED lights. Both bedroom has a good size walk-in closet for you to bring more outfits for longer stays. Bedrooms do not share a conjoining wall.
Kitchen is full size with plenty of storage as well as a washer and dryer. Living romm currently feature a 3 seater and a single seat. While sitting on the couches, 70” TV is there playing movies on Netflix. An Amazon ECHO is also located in the living room for your use.
Guest access
Guest will have access to a 2 BD, 1 BA stand alone house on a duplex. There is a semi private front yard as well as a semi secluded back deck. Washer and dryer is also available.

This is a very safe and walkable neighborhood. It's a short distance to everything in LA including downtown, Rose Bowl, Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown, etc.
