Welcome to Songbird Cottage! Nestled among pine trees on a quiet residential street, this smoke-free, dog-friendly cabin is perfect for families and groups looking for a well-appointed place to call their own.
The tranquil setting is perfect for bird watching from the front porch swing or taking a peaceful walk around the hilly neighborhood or to town (0.3 miles to the nearest restaurant). On hand are an assortment of books, children's books, DVDs, board games, and video games. You can also log in to one of the four smart TVs to stream your favorite show.
The second floor features a full bath (with a blow dryer), a spacious main bedroom (with a comfortable bed, nightstands, chest of drawers, 43-inch smart TV, rocking chair, and desk), and a loft (with a couch/daybed, coffee table, 40-inch smart TV, desk, Xbox 360 with four controllers, and a Blu-Ray player with DVDs). The first floor offers a second full bath (also with a blow dryer), a second bedroom (with a reading chair and 32-inch smart TV), and a third bedroom.
The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, seating, and a 55-inch smart TV. The eat-in kitchen offers a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dishware. The table seats four but is expandable to six using the built-in leaf. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The fenced backyard is ideal for small dogs and features a grill, a dining table with seating for four, and another seating area for two with a peek-a-boo view of the mountains. Next to the house is a lounge area with seating for four.
