It is approximately a half-mile from many miles of trails leaving from Humber park just up Fern Valley Road. The house has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is very large with a very comfortable King size bed, a luxurious reclining lounge chair, and sliding glass doors facing a small private patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a beautiful window overlooking the forest. The third bedroom also has a Queen-size bed and a standing desk with two available external floating screens that can be connected to your laptop, ready for remote working if desired. The WiFi is strong. There are two bathrooms. The brand new luxurious kitchen and living space are bright and perfect for cooking meals and enjoying a relaxing afternoon. You can also enjoy watching TV and playing board games by the fireplace in the living room The deck provides a beautiful space to be outdoors and to enjoy the trees and majestic views of the mountain.
