Parties will not be tolerated at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise, so please follow the county noise ordinance from 10 pm - 8 am. There is a noise-awareness system in the home.Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you've purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines (see
