Community Laundry just a few steps from the unit. Our unit backs onto Sunrise Way which is a busy street. From our reviews this has not been an issue for most but please take that into consideration when booking. In 2022 we upgraded all windows facing Sunrise way to help minimize traffic noise and be more energy efficient.
For your cooking and dining delight, the newly renovated kitchen boasts all necessary appliances including microwave, blender, range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the amenities needed to prepare your favorite meals. Kitchen renovation was completed in July 2023 with all new stainless steel appliances, counter tops and cabinets.
