Stunning mountain views can be enjoyed from both the living area and from the private walled patio with landscaped garden. Enjoy a south-facing patio where you can grill, dine, and spend the evening around the warmth of the fire table. Fantastic community amenities include three pools with pool spas, a tennis court, and expansive manicured grounds with views of the mountains. Sagewood Vacation Condo has been upgraded to feature 4K TVs discretely installed in all rooms, including a 65-inch LG OLED TV in the living area. High-speed internet and a WiFi printer are installed. With one of the community's three swimming pools located right outside the condo's back entrance, you'll never be far from sun-splashed relaxation. There is also a new pickleball/tennis court installed by the company responsible for the famous Indian Wells Masters tennis courts. The heart of downtown Palm Springs, where you'll find excellent restaurants, shops, casinos, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive, is only one mile west. Choose from over 100 golf courses in the area and spend a day on the links, or take in an incredible view from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west.
Things to Know
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
