The property offers its water frontage which means fishing is literally on your doorstep (seasonal and licence required). The area is crisscrossed by numerous footpaths and cycling trails, and the Barton Broad boardwalk is located in the village. This is an ideal location to explore many popular villages nearby including Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Stalham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth. Many waterside inns, restaurants, tea shops and shops are all available nearby. The village of Neatishead has a lovely country pub serving food and a village community shop.
