The bedroom has a chest of drawers, hangers, many nice subtle lights for ambience and a dedicated workspace/desk. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all the required utensils for cooking as well as lots of different glasses for drinks, there is also a cafetière with freshly ground coffee included as well as English breakfast tea. There is a decent Bluetooth speaker so guests can listen to music or a podcast. The shower room is a very small bathroom, typical of this mews/cottage period, but it has a new piping hot shower. The living room has a modern feel and is very cosy with a big sofa, 52 inch TV with all the channels you need alongside Netflix, Prime, and BT Sports and there are quite a few DVDs you can watch too. There is a patio area out the back perfect with seating and a table so you can enjoy your morning coffee or an al fresco meal as well as drinks in the evening during the warmer months. Beach 350 yards. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
