Spacious farmhouse styled with a modern twist kitchen including a shabby chic styled dining table with seating for six, AGA full sized range, microwave, Belfast sink and dishwasher. Fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes for serving the family the tastiest culinary delights.
Lounge with a cosy wood burner, LCD TV with online film streaming service, 2 pouffe bean bags and a double sofa bed with patio doors leading out to the rear courtyard.
Utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer.
Bathroom with bath, W.C, washbasin and wall mounted mirror.

- Master Bedroom - Twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size (on request) bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.

- Bedroom Three - Compact bedroom with shorty bunk beds suitable for children only.
Family bathroom comprising of a large shower cubicle with rain shower head, W.C and washbasin.

Parking for one car, free parking is also available in the car park a few metres from the cottage.
The childrens playground and community village green is a couple minutes walk from the cottage which is ideal for dog walking and entertaining the children.

- Bedroom 3 is accessed via a separate set of stairs (May not be suited for very young children)
