Guest will have use of the entire home, front and back yard, and pool area. You may park several cars in the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk for our neighbors. Street parking is also available with restrictions on Wednesdays. Please check posted signs. Host is NOT responsible for penalties or fees as a result of guest parking on the street. No mail delivery, mailbox is locked and not accessible to guests.
The Entire property will be accessible during your stay.
Early check in is subject to availability, please inquire at least 24 hours before your arrival. We charge for early check-in depending on your preferred time of arrival.

12 noon to 4 pm ($150)
Please note there will be an additional charge for extra overnight guests and daytime guests not included in the reservation. For daytime guests: $50 per day for up to 5 daytime guests, $100 per day for up to 10 visitors, AND $150 additional cleaning fee. If you would like the pool to be heated it can be up to 80 degrees upon request. All spa and pool rules need to be followed and the heater cannot be left on when not in use or additional charges will be used.
