Ground floor is 2 car garage, covered private patio, inviting entry with built in storage, and full outdoor patio + bathroom with a shower. 2nd level is the primary suite with own spacious bathroom, walk in closet, guest suite #1 with private bathroom and shower/tub combo, and the laundry room. 3rd level is 2nd guest bedroom, bathroom with shower, and primary living + dining areas and open fully equipped kitchen. 4th level is the oceanview rooftop private deck with full dining set up with large umbrella for shade.
