Ceiling fans in all rooms and single car garage. Washer/dryer in the unit (not in garage). TVs in living room (with smart DVD) and the master bedroom. The grounds at Sunrise Racquet Club are amazing with pools/spas, tennis courts and multipurpose room with gazebo (in fact I got married there!)
