Hosting four bedrooms, two on the ground-floor of the main house both doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and two doubles in the first-floor annexe above the separate garage with en-suite wet rooms, sleeping up to eight guests in total. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a decked balcony with seating and a barbecue. Outside there is also extensive lawns leading to woodland, a hot tub, a gazebo with seating and off-road parking for two cars. Rodgemonts Barn is a spectacular and unique property awaiting your next group holiday to Devon.
